  WARRANTY

FIT products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. FIT's obligation under this warranty is limited only to replacing any product that is proven to be defective within one year of purchase, provided that the products are delivered to any FIT branch, transportation prepaid. All returned product is subject to inspection by FIT, in order to verify that the product was properly handled, mounted, lubricated, and not subject to abuse.

FIT shall not be liable for any special, indirect, or consequential damages. The liabilities set forth herein are exclusive, and the liability of the company with respect to any contract, sale, or anything done in connection therewith, shall not exceed the price of the product for which such liability is based.

This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose of any other warranty.
