With Stainless Steel Inserts

FIT stainless steel mounted units are composed of ANSI304 steel for housing, ANSI440C steel for rings and balls, ANSI321 steel for retainer, slingers, and framework, Nitrile Rubber (NBR) for seals. This combination of materials is perfect for corrosion resistance. The insert bearing, without limitation from the coating and/or nickel plating, is very durable in any application that needs a high loading capacity. Scratches and marks do not at all reduce the level of bearing's resistance against rust and corrosion. It is an ideal option for use in food and beverage processing industries since the whole unit, including the housing, the inner and outer races, the balls, the cages, the slingers, and the set screws, are made of 100% stainless steel.
