Mechanical Engineer Position Description:

1. Knowledge of metallurgy and corrosion.
2. Familiar with Pro-E Auto CAD software.
3. Must be able to manage multiple projects.
4. Must be detail-oriented with good communication skills, sales experience is a plus.
5. Must be fluent in English (CET-6 or better is preferred).
6. Ability to travel to USA, FIT Bearings will handle all necessary VISAS. Possibility of US permanent residency (Green Card) during contract period.
7. Work in SongJiang, Shanghai, residents from other cities and provinces are welcomed to apply. FIT Bearings will provide housing and compensation for relocation.

Purchasing Position Description:

1. Responsible for out sourcing in bearing and machinery area.
2. Strong / Excellent negotiating skill to obtain / reduce cost with supplies frequently.
3. Effective management of solving any obstacles either with suppliers or Headquarters.
4. Communicate (email / phone) with Headquarter in US for daily task basic.

2. 具备较强的谈判能力与技巧, 需经常与供应商洽谈, 压低价格成本。
3. 具有良好的沟通管理能力, 负责总部与供应商间的联系, 解决各种障碍问题。
4. 与美国总部的日常邮件与电话事务处理。

2. 3 years or greater related experiences in bearing and machinery parts.
3. Communicator with leadership capability.
4. Good / Strong reading and writing in English.
5. Must be able to do both strategic and tactical work at all levels.
6. Able to working in fast-place environment.
7. Strong individual working ability on multi-task with self-motivation.
8. Good skills with Microsoft Word and Excel.
